Sticatto is Andrew’s personal internet homestead: a public front door to projects, notes, research, music, fiber, local computing, visual experiments, and the pieces worth keeping after the tab would normally close.
Why it exists
A lot of meaningful work disappears into chat history, temporary folders, half-finished experiments, and services that only make sense to the person who built them. Sticatto gives those things rooms, names, source trails, and enough structure to find them again without turning the place into a corporate knowledge base.
How the pieces relate
| Piece | Job |
|---|---|
| Sticatto | public rooms and navigable surfaces |
| The Archives | durable conversations, research, source trails |
| Forge | self-hosted infrastructure and workshop machinery |
| Drive | large working library, documents, catalogs, project evidence |
Working principles
- keepable over disposable
- inspectable over magical
- local where practical
- source-aware when claims matter
- specificity before whimsy
- some weird things may remain weird
